Amendment on Transitional Credit under GST

Notification No 43/2020 dated 16/05/2020 issued, due to various high court judgements with respect to the transitional credit (ITC), CBIC announced the major change in section 140 of the CGST Act, which was announced in Budget 2020 through section 128 and now appointed on 18 May 2020 to add time limit to take such transitional credit under GST Law.
